Ralitsa Yordanova
Registered Architect
Arch. Yordanova holds a Master's degree from the Politecnico di Milano in the Department of Sustainable Architecture and Landscape Design and a Bachelor's degree from VIA University College, Denmark, specializing in low-energy buildings.
With the key participation of Arch. Yordanova in 2017 was opened the Building Knowledge Hub on Low Energy Buildings in UACEG, Sofia as part of the Train-to-nZEB project. Ralitsa has also taken part in the Build Up Skills, Fit-to-nZEB and nZEB Roadshow projects.
She has experience in the field of near-zero energy buildings (nZEB), resilient architecture and sustainable building approaches, urban planning and high-rise buildings.
Arch. Yordanova is a lecturer as a part of the Passive House Institute courses held in Bulgaria since 2017. She teaches as part of the Energy Efficiency in Construction Masters programme in the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia, Bulgaria. Ralitsa is currently and active lecturer on nZEB seminars and events, ranging from lectures to professionals to holding classes to school students.
Her work is also published in Dr Graham Cairns book Housing of the future: Alternative Approaches for Tomorrow.
