EnEffect is an established leader in the training of specialists for design and construction of passive and nearly zero-energy buildings, supporting both the overall development of the national qualification system and the introduction of new disciplines in specialized training and educational institutions. The organization is the coordinator of the BUILD UP Skills initiative in Bulgaria and participant multiple international projects, with the help of which it has trained more than 2,000 construction specialists, including in the newly opened training and demonstration centers (Building Knowledge Hubs) in the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (UACEG) in Sofia and the Professional High School of Architecture and Construction in Pazardzhik. With the help of EnEffect, a Master's program "Energy Efficiency of Buildings" was created at UACEG, and the discipline "Ecological and Energy Efficient Construction" was introduced in vocational high schools in Bulgaria. EnEffect is licensed to conduct training courses under the international program "Certified Passive House Tradesperson", and maintains a number of online training platforms, with the help of which it can meet the training needs of virtually everyone involved in the investment process.
