"Renovate Bulgaria" brings together organizations interested in the sustainable development of energy efficient renovation of the building stock in the Republic of Bulgaria to achieve the goals set at European level.

The motto of the organisation is "the cheapest and cleanest energy is the energy saved".

The conference will be held on 19 October 2023 from 10:00 to 13:00 in Hall 1.5 of the Chamber of Builders in Bulgaria, ul. "6 Mihail Tenev and online via the Microsoft Teams platform.

The event is organized on behalf of Renovate Bulgaria, a national partner of the European campaign Renovate Europe, whose main goal is to reduce the energy consumption of the building stock in the European Union by 80% by 2050 by supporting legislative changes and stimulating ambitious national renovation programs.

The conference will take place in three consecutive discussion panels and is aimed at decision makers at political and administrative level, experts and professionals from state and municipal administrations, architects, design engineers, builders and consultants working in the field of energy efficient building renovation.

Energy renovation of buildings is an important tool in the fight against climate change and will play an important role in helping the EU to achieve the Green Deal objectives. The implementation of the projects under this initiative will employ at least 50 Bulgarians for every €1 million investment.
