In six Bulgarian cities, Sofia, Plovdiv, Burgas, Gabrovo, Ruse and Stara Zagora, One-Stop Shops (OSS) established within the SHEERenov+ project are already operating. In view of the expected launch of new opportunities to support households in improving energy efficiency and integrating renewable energy sources, the network continues to expand and strengthen its capacity.

The One-Stop Shops serve as a natural link between citizens, municipalities, financial institutions and professionals in the construction sector, supporting informed decision-making and improving the quality of investments in the residential building stock.
The centres provide independent and highly specialised technical, administrative and organisational expert support for households, homeowners and condominium associations. Unlike traditional consultancy services, they offer comprehensive assistance, from the initial assessment of needs and the selection of appropriate measures to guidance on financing opportunities and support in preparing investment decisions.

As part of the initiative, the accession of new followers and partners continues, while the centres remain open to cooperation with municipalities, professional organisations, financial institutions and civil society structures wishing to support the acceleration of energy renovation in Bulgaria’s residential building stock.
